2tbsp organic parmigiano reggiano – pecorino romano graded cheese blendoptional
Preheat grill with the flame on high.
Add all ingredients except organic jalapeno cayenne cheese (optional for end of recipe) to a large bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into balls. Flatten into nice thick patties. The mixture will be a bit wet and messy from the eggs and water so do the best you can.
Place patties on grill then reduce heat to a medium flame and close lid. Cook for about 3 – 4 minutes and flip. Repeat until the burgers are cooked through. Turkey needs to be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit for safe consumption.
* Optional – Just prior to the burgers being cooked through place cheese on the burger to melt.
Serve hot over a tasty bed of fresh greens and enjoy!
