  • 1 1/2lbs

    organic ground turkeyWe prefer 99% lean

  • 1/2medium

    organic onionFinely chopped

  • 1/2medium

    organic bell pepperFinely chopped

  • 2cloves

    organic garlicFinely chopped

  • 1large

    organic cage free eggbeaten

  • 1medium

    organic tomatoFinely chopped

  • 1tsp

    organic himalayan sea saltcorse

  • 1tsp

    organic ground pepper

  • 1/2tsp

    organic ground turmeric root

  • 4tbsp

    purified water

    organic jalapeno cayenne cheeseapproximate weight is appoximate, 4 pieces; optional

  • 2tbsp

    organic parmigiano reggiano – pecorino romano graded cheese blendoptional

  1. Preheat grill with the flame on high.

  2. Add all ingredients except organic jalapeno cayenne cheese (optional for end of recipe) to a large bowl and mix well.

  3. Divide the mixture into balls. Flatten into nice thick patties. The mixture will be a bit wet and messy from the eggs and water so do the best you can.

  4. Place patties on grill then reduce heat to a medium flame and close lid. Cook for about 3 – 4 minutes and flip. Repeat until the burgers are cooked through. Turkey needs to be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit for safe consumption.

  5. * Optional – Just prior to the burgers being cooked through place cheese on the burger to melt.

  6. Serve hot over a tasty bed of fresh greens and enjoy!
