Ingredients
  • 1 head fresh organic cauliflower washed
  • 1 - 2 tbsp organic coconut oil *you can substitute this with water or organic extra virgin olive oil if you prefer*
  • 1/2 tsp organic ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp organic himalayan sea salt
  • 1 clove fresh organic garlic * optional * minced

Ingredients
  • 1 head fresh organic cauliflower washed

Instructions
  1. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large sauté pan and warm over medium heat.
  2. Wash the cauliflower add remove stem. Chop the cauliflower fine to resemble rice. I use a food processor to get the job done fast but it can be done by hand or any other method you may have.
  3. Add cauliflower, salt, pepper and garlic to pan and mix well. Add an additional tbsp of oil to mixture if desired. Mix well and reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Stir frequently.
  4. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is the desired tenderness.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
