  • 1bunch

    Organic Kale

  • 1tbsp

    organic extra virgin olive oil

  • 1tsp

    organic sea salt

  • 1/4tsp

    organic cyan pepper*optional

  1.  Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  3. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.

  4. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and other optional spices.

  5. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

Recipe Notes

Try to experiment beyond just salt and pepper.  Try adding some garlic powder or turmeric or one of your favorite spices.  Get creative and enjoy the many varieties you can create!
